Puglia is a land where sea and earth blend and give life to magical recipes which express their unique taste in the breathtaking atmosphere.
Our territory naturally produces a wealth of wheat, grapes and olives. Farinaceous foods, oil and wine are by far the protagonists on our tables and in our recipes.
The Apulian cuisine is homogeneous enough although there are a few changing customs. The use of garlic, for instance, tends to dwindle as you go down from the Tavoliere to the Salento area, up to the point where it is completely replaced by onion, such as in the Gallipoli area.
We have agreements with restaurants and pizzerias where you will be able to sample either traditional or International cuisine.
